BestPrice Movers Tampa Bay

This was my first time using a moving service and I was lowkey nervous what to expect. These guys were very polite, did a great job, and were straight to the point. I appreciated the full transparency of the price and I was made aware of every step of the way. THANK YOU!

I recently used BestPrice Movers for my relocation from Lutz to Sarasota, I’m totally satisfied with them.
Booking with them was a breeze. I provided details through an email and their customer service team responded quickly, answered all my questions and providing a clear breakdown of costs and logistics. The price is much better than others.
The team, Erik, Daniel and Jean arrived on the moving day and immediately got to work, they packed and loaded my stuff carefully. Communication was excellent throughout. The staff kept me informed at every step. Upon arrival at my new home, they wasted no time in unloading and setting up my furniture and boxes as per my instructions. They were courteous and respectful, making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it.
Overall, my experience with them was exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

I have moved several times in my life. Usually, everything happens as contracted. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I believe the owner of Best Price Movers is Assi. He contracted the packing of a truck for our move out to three young men who don’t even work for his company, (without informing me that I was not actually using Best Price Movers’ movers) showed up with no moving equipment, not even a dolly. Two of them professed to have no moving experience, and the third’s was so poor by the time my truck arrive to my destination, almost everything had caved in on itself. I cannot express how much damage was done to my belongings. The truck company, ABS, who picked up the truck looked inside and could not believe how poorly everything was packed. They advised me to take pictures to document the poor job. The movers who unpacked my truck, a different company, were horrified at the packing job Best Price Movers did. They strapped nothing in, and did not know how to pack a moving truck. While packing the truck, they were unprofessional, dragging my furniture across floors, and wasted time while packing. I had to jump in and help with the move just to keep them within the time limit I had contracted them for. They joked that I was “working harder” than they were. I asked them to rearrange things and to do more strapping and they refused. So many items were damaged, thousands of dollars worth. I purchased 20 feet of space in the truck (because I had a small home and that’s exactly the amount of feet in the truck the moving truck company thought I should need with the amount of belongings I had) but they used all 28 ft because they didn’t know how to pack causing another $1,200 in truck fees, (I had contracted by the foot with ABS). I called Assi and he said he would “make it right” once I assessed all the damage. When it was time to “make it right”, he told me to make a claim through his “insurance”. I didn’t realize at the time it wasn’t insurance at all. You need to know this before you contract with them. In fact, this so-called “insurance company” made it very clear to me that they’re not insurance. I spent hours filling out claim forms and sending dozens of pictures of the damage…. and they offered me $67, and reiterated via email that they were not an insurance company and that, in fact, Best Price Movers made the decision for the amount I was offered. All of my attempts to reach out to Assi via email were ignored at that point. The last time I tried to reach out was just last Friday where I copied him on an email with “Moving Claims”, Best Price Mover’s “insurance company”. Do not contract your business with these people. They are misleading that they actually offer “coverage” on your belongings. This insinuates insurance, and Assi even called it that when we spoke. But it’s not. It is very misleading. They are the most unprofessional movers I’ve ever had the experience to deal with. I have submitted a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
