The delivery team kept me informed of their arrival time. (And they arrived early!). Truly white glove service. Very careful to wear booties to protect our floors and gloves to protect the couch fabric. They steamed cleaned a couple of the cushions that got wrinkled in the move and even helped move our heavy wood coffee table into place once the couch was set. Thank you!
The 3 delivery drivers who helped us was very professional and really had a great demeanor overall. They were super quick and efficient and made sure everything was perfect before they left. It was Oliver, Moe and Eric
My furniture delivery was an easy and seamless experience. Oliver and his team were very friendly and professional, brought in and assembled a very heavy table and placed it just where we wanted it. Great communication too!
If I could give 10 stars I would! This is the best delivery team. Fabian and David were communicative, keen to details and very cautious and respectful during delivery. I wish all delivery teams were this great!
Timely and efficient. Assembled my large dining table and chairs on site and made sure I was happy with the positioning. No damages and quick and thorough clean up. Also very friendly which is always a plus. Thanks Daniel! Highly recommend!
