I cannot recommend Kyaliyl and his team highly enough! From start to finish, their service was impeccable. They arrived right on time, ready to work, and their professionalism and efficiency were evident from the start. They handled every single item with care, ensuring nothing was damaged during the move.
What truly set them apart was their attention to detail and their willingness to go above and beyond. Not only did they carefully place every item exactly where I wanted it, but they even helped me set up my pull-out table—something I had no idea how to do. They patiently showed me how it worked, which was incredibly kind and thoughtful.
Their friendly attitudes and exceptional work ethic made a potentially stressful day completely seamless. You get what you pay for. I’ve dealt with moving companies before and there is a clear difference in quality here. They sent two movers, whereas other companies usually send 3. The movers definitely lacked the same training as other movers. They tried to move my bedframe without disassembling it like other companies did, and of course it broke. The movers said it would be covered in the insurance. When I contacted the company for a claim, they wanted to charge a $300 deductible, which is almost the price of the bedframe. Then they kept me waiting for two weeks before simply closing the claim. I haven’t even been able to sleep on my own bed for two weeks after the move, and now I have to buy and assemble my own bedframe, because of their incompetence. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Spend a little extra money and hire PROFESSIONAL MOVERS.
This was the WORST moving experience I have ever had. Bellhop uses independent movers and truck drivers so they have no control over what happens. They sent 2 movers rather than 4. It took them 6 hours longer than they estimated and my daughter had to get on the truck and help. They broke or damaged multiple pieces of furniture (grandfather clock base, hole in a bookcase, tore the leg off a bar cart, lost critical pieces to re-assemble furniture, chipped dresser because they didnt bother to wrap it in blankets before throwing it in the truck). When I tried to claim on insurance I got an insulting ‘settlement offer’ of $180. The insurance cost $90. BEWARE of the insurance. It does NOT insure ANYTHING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
This is the worst moving company I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service team is not helpful and seems like no one internally talks to each other. The movers dispatched for my move were unprofessional and ruined my furniture which Bellhop refused to pay fully for the damages. They have promised me multiple follow ups but each time I need to call them and they claim to be unaware of the issues during my move. DO NOT USE.
