We just had a large multi-day move with Andrews and couldn’t be happier. The crew was prompt, courteous, and careful so that nothing was damaged. The estimator who originally came out was thorough and accurate with his quote, and a move coordinator was assigned to us closer to the move date to oversee the process and ensure that everything went smoothly. We would definitely use Andrews again.
We had a range replacement delivered by the kindest, nicest, delivery service. I highly recommend Andrews Moving and Storage Co. for your needs. The crew were very conscientious and helpful. The company kept us informed from the beginning. Phone calls and emails and texts. We knew exactly what was happening and when. I cannot recommend them enough! Great job Andrews!
Only thing that kept it from being five stars was that they disconnected my dryer vent when moving things around. Had to spend 10 minutes putting it back together – otherwise all good.
Delivery persons were very courteous and efficient. I was given a 2-hour delivery window and date, and they did deliver then. I also received a call as promised when they were on their way which was much appreciated.
My only complaint is that the freezer has a small dent in the door, which was just beneath a tear and indent in the shipping carton and foam packaging. We agreed to a compensation for the damage and are keeping the freezer.
This company recently delivered entire cabinetry for two kitchens. We had to make claims on 7 pieces. Some were damaged and had to be replaced completely. Others had scratches and were partially replaced. Clearly, those poor cabinets got hit and/or scratched in their way to the property. Moreover, when they arrived, our contractor saw that the delivery team had some of the cabinets directly on the floor of the truck, without the necessary care to prevent them from being damaged. Mistakes happen, sometimes there are new employees that need more training. But it’s also true that some people just don’t care. Don’t know what of the two possible situations is the one here. Hope our experience with this company, if we have to use their services again, is better.
