I cannot say enough good things about this company! From start to finish, nothing short from outstanding! Sandy was very kind and generous with scheduling and my quote. My closing was delayed and they were very flexible with moving my date and accommodating my needs. My movers, Patrick, Memo, Eli, Mike, and Mark were amazing! They were hard working, courtesy, respectful, and very accommodating of my needs! They were on time and took excellent care of my home and belongings. They were kind and even loving to my dogs! My first time using a moving company and they made me feel comfortable and part of the family! Would definitely recommend!
This was our second time working with Amenity. Last time we had Patrick, Mark and Mike. This time we had more stuff and moved with Patrick, Mark, Eli and Tony. The guys were very careful as we expected from our first time working with them and Patrick even realized our front door didn’t have a door stopper so he made sure to pad it very well. All our furniture arrived just as they left the old house. No damages to the old house from moving out and no damages to the new house from moving in. All around excellent service and reasonable pricing.
Definitely recommend! They gave us a great rate and were able to help us on short notice! They were also very polite and personable, and they took time to figure out the best way to move our heavy, bulky equipment without damaging it. They were also a recommendation to us from a family member that had a great experience with them as well. Thanks so much for your help!
I cannot say enough about this company. I have never worked with a moving company that truly cares so much about the quality of their work. I was not once concerned about my furniture arriving in the condition it left my home in. I recommend Amenity to all of my friends and colleagues.
In addition, the women who pack for Amenity are amazing!! They are the sweetest ladies I have met and they are so thorough! All of my fragile dishes and decor arrived in one piece. It was packed so well! The packing service is definitely worth the money!
Looking back, I really wish I would have tipped the packers more than I did. I didn’t realize the quality of their work until after I was done unpacking my new home.
Great experience with Mike and the rest of the team. They moved couches, fridge, and a piano, stored several items then moved them back. Everything was in great shape upon return – no dings or other damage. They were very kind, careful, and professional. The staff on the phones were really kind and helpful as well.
