The guys were nice but they hardly wrapped or protected any of our furniture, our dining table was disassembled and then just put in the truck with zero protection. They did a poor job reassembling our bed, they lost one bolt and two washers, and didn’t tighten the bolts more than halfway, the bed was visibly crooked All I can say is you get what you pay for. They probably did less damage then paying for more expensive movers but seeing as they charge by the hour I would have thought they would spend more time protecting the items. I would not use them again but if you’re hard up for cash they were better than moving without movers. They also added about $200 in fees which were not disclosed in the initial estimate.
If you have time to waste , love to be lied to, and want to be avoided like a scam likely call , after paying a deposit.BOOK THEM ASAP. This company took my money and never completed my move. I called a week in advance to schedule an appointment. They claimed they had everything to complete my move. They indeed did not have what they need. The company were suppose to communicate next steps and when they would return. The company did not called . They started ignoring my phone calls. I left a voicemail on both their lines. When my sister called from her phone. They picked up. Telling me they will refund me my money. This experience was so unprofessional and ghetto. Relying on them you’re better off renting a U-Haul and moving yourself.
These guys were great! The quote that Jamie did with me was 100% accurate. No hidden fees at all!! This company has reasonable pricing! The movers were on time and very efficient!
Unfortunately, this company charges to much money and the movers are not professionals. They guys only protected one piece of furniture, but still got broken from the inside. Even though, I asked them politely to please protect all my furniture that it was in excellent condition, they didn’t do it and I have photographs to prove it. More over, I unassembled everything for them to make the job practical and faster. On top of damaging my future and not telling me, they didn’t allowed me to checked inside the truck after they downloaded. For me to make sure, they downloaded everything, some parts were missing from my furniture and other broken. If I have known that those guys had covered up the broken furniture and ran off because they didn’t wanted me to found out when they were still here. Because they knew that I would ask them to give me to back the very good tip that they received from me.Furthermore, I called the company to speak to the person who took my order and was not there most of the time. When I finally had I chance to talk to him, he didn’t took any responsibility and said that was going send someone to evaluate the damages which never happened and the movers also took with them a new moving blanket that belong to me. They take advantage of people, I gave them some furniture and electronics to help them out and in exchange they took advantage of my kindness.
Do Not Use this Company! I trusted them! I used them in the past, AUGUST 31, 2024, was the LAST TIME!!! They are Unprofessional, Sophmoric, immature, thieves!!! They robbed me, Took all my winter clothes, My boots, my coats, my CAT TOYS, my step stool, my Cubs blanket, etc.!! They got greasy prints on my faux suede couch. I’m not even sure what else they got away with, But I disputed this charge with the credit card company And got my back! Jamie is the worst!! I’m glad I didn’t tip them like I did in the past
