Moved from home of 16-years. Company sent “2-men” to move 3-bedrooms and shed, single family home. Although feeling ‘played’ by All My Sons to the tune of $1,204.26, must give the Movers their flowers. Mr. Omar Brown and Assistant Mr. Donald were AWESOME. They arrived timely in their window (8-10am) and went right to work. They wrapped the furniture, mirrors, chairs, tables, and other miscellaneous items. Very impressive and they were very courteous and professional. Not having moved in 16-years, initially I went into shock when they showed me the balance due; however, Mr. Omar Brown and Mr. Donald’s labor and professionalism were well worth it.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This was my first experience with movers and it was not a good one. We were told a lot of misinformation at the beginning and then when moving day finally came around, were told very different things. They completely destroyed one of my dressers because they dropped it and then tried to say they didn’t know what happened. A piece of it ended up on the roof on my building and we had to call maintenance to retrieve it. The put a hole in the wall of my brand new house and didn’t even apologize for it. There was a younger guy who made us feel very uncomfortable and made very inappropriate comments and language the entire time. He left his cigarette/cigar on my table with ashes all over. He was on his phone most of the time and for someone paying by the hour, that is completely unacceptable. The older gentleman helping was doing all the work and he was incredibly nice. The company didn’t offer any type of compensation, which they said I would get, for all the issues. Definitely do not recommend, especially since they do not do anything for customers when their employees caused the delays.
The crew (Antwoine, Dom, Raymond, and Dymontae) did an excellent job during our moving day (3/25/25). They were incredibly professional throughout the process, careful in handling our furniture, and timely while doing everything. 10/10 would recommend!
Aarron White and his team were my movers with All My Sons, and they were professional, efficient, kind, and treated our belongings and home as if they were their own. Would definitely use them again!
Edit: they forced me to write this review standing in front of me. They did not wrap or protect anything. My dressers were completely demolished and my wood dining room table has a huge gash in it. My recliner has a tear and my bed frame was covered in dirt. I paid for furniture protectors but they laid them on the ramp onto the truck because it was raining and one of the movers was wearing crocs and kept sliding off the ramp. They offered us $100 for the damages. Absolutely insane. They will not return our messages either.
Ebony and Nigel are the best ever!! They helped us move a ton of stuff into a U-Haul in under two hours!! Highly recommend!
