They moved us in September. I bought the “extra insurance” from them. I have yet to get my claim resolved from the damages. I have called numerous times. The guy that answers is always kind but the “owner” never calls me back. Really irritating, I have given them ample time to make things right. Movers were efficient and helpful.
Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience, partially due to a miscommunication, but nevertheless unacceptable. I was not effectively communicated with and it cost me $1000 more than I originally agreed on paying. Moreover, a jar of money went missing in the move and has not turned up since. I gave the business ample opportunity to make things right and they did not. I have higher expectations around communication than this business implemented and would not use their services again.
My experience was great. Though they were 1 man short Ashton and Travis were hardworking, and remained optimistic even when they had to tackle my bed from hell, lol. They took no shortcuts and never complained. I would definitely use affordable any future moves again and refer them to others. Not to mention they were definitely most affordable against other quotes I got…Thumbs up
Josh and his crew were so worth it. We may never move without them again. It was our first time using movers and it was a very pleasant experience. They showed up on time and worked their butts off for us. Everything was moved in an efficient and timely manner and made it to our unit in one piece!
A Affordable came to our rescue when the other moving company we booked just decided they weren’t going to show up. Mrs. Lori listen to our situation and she worked with her men to get someone over here so that we can get our place packed up and stay on our schedule. The men that came over were very professional and hard workers. They came right in and got to work. The whole process way very professional and quick and we are so grateful that A Affordable was there to help us in our time of need!!!
