They picked up a cabinet grand for me in Cincinnati (bought it on Facebook marketplace) and brought it up to me in Dayton. All the moving stuff went well, was surprised to see the head of the crew also knew a lot of pianos and was giving us all sorts of after-delivery notes. I’d have expected that level of service if I’d bought from a piano store and had it delivered. Didn’t expect it from movers on their own.
Very professional and careful of the grand piano they delivered. I look forward to using them again. Thank you for providing such great customer service and the delivery gentlemen were very professional in everything that they did.
The crew surveyed my prep work first to do their plan of attack. This 2-head embroidery machine was to be placed in the basement. They did their professional work and made this job, that I stressed over, look easy. They are my go-to company. God Bless!
