I could not have been more pleased with C&R Movers. We hired them for a local move between two locations that were not far apart, so the loading and unloading happened within a few hours of each other. They were timely, courteous, and responsible. They took better care of our things than I did and worked hard to make sure they met time. In fact, their work ethic alone was impressive, and speaks highly of the company and the team that was sent to support our move. Thank you so much!
Edit: I wish I didn’t have to change my review like this, but this company left me in the lurch for no good reason. I was moving again, and wanted to use the same company, so I called two months in advance. At that time I was told that they didn’t start taking reservations until two weeks before the move date. I submitted a request online about three weeks before I wanted to move, and did not hear back from them. I continued to update the request, and message/call the company. Given that I had started so far in advance, I (foolishly) assumed that there was only a communication problem. With one week before my “must move” date, after calling many times, I was told they couldn’t move me until the following week. Now I’m scrambling to find movers. I was basically punished for customer loyalty, and it is unfortunate.
