If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I definitely would. We needed help on New Years getting our stuff from storage and into our new house. As I am an unorganized mess I really needed help. We had two closing before we could even move into our home which definitely complicated our time frame. But they worked with us and got everything done beautifully. I really enjoyed having them in my home. As corny as it might sound it felt like family was moving us. I could not ask for a better group of people to trust with my belongings.
I recently bought a large sectional couch that, according to the delivery company, wouldn’t fit up the stairs. My only option was to have it brought in through my second story balcony which doesn’t have steps. I contacted Delauters A1 and they were super responsive. When they got here, they were able to move 2 of the 3 pieces up the steps that the previous delivery company (from Value City) said wouldn’t fit. They hoisted the remaining piece up on to the balcony and into my living room. They even took the time to wrap that piece in plastic since it was raining. The whole process was fast, professional and an overall great experience. They even setup and connected the couch pieces together. I would 100% use them again!!
If I could give the crew more than five stars, I would they did an excellent job moving my things and everything turned out great. This crew was very professional. And very affordable. Thank you so much .
