I have some hitch work that needs to get done, and they never pick up the phone. If you call, it will automatically forward you to the main U-Haul office who can’t give specific details about any location. I’m sure it’s annoying to answer phone calls, but the fact that I’ve tried over several days and different times makes me think that they’ve just disconnected the phone entirely
