MALICIOUS NEGLIGENCE. As a Navy family we have moved ten times in the last 19 years, and I have never seen such complete and utter disrespect for the property of others. We just received our household goods overseas which were packed by this crew in York, PA. They literally just threw my family heirlooms – WHICH WERE MARKED WITH SIGNS SAYING ‘FAMILY HEIRLOOMS, PLEASE PACK WELL’, into boxes with ZERO PADDING WHATSOEVER. My deceased grandmother‘s (who raised me) food processor and mixer were just dumped into a box with random other items WITH ZERO PACKING- NO WRAPPING, NO PADDING, NOTHING. A dirty dog mat was thrown in with BAKEWARE; breakable decor thrown into boxes with ZERO PACKING. Save yourself the suspense, anxiety, shock, and heartbreak and use someone else or just throw your loved possessions in a dumpster up front.
Drew, Allen and KJ did an amazing job delivering our HHG over the weekend. They ensured no damage was done to the property. They were polite, worked quickly and made sure to point out broken goods as they unloaded and unpacked so that immediate photos could be taken. Thanks to the three of you everything went smoothly.
Jared and Dan did an amazing job delivering our Household Goods yesterday! They called ahead of arriving, were here promptly as promised, and were professional in all aspects. They put everything where we asked and waited to take away the packing materials that we asked the to dispose of. Great job; we were very satisfied.
Sky, Aaron, and Rosa worked steadily over three long days to get my things packed for an international move. Cody, Randolph, and John augmented the team, really busting through the last day especially. They were a pleasure to be with. My things were packed carefully and professionally. We had some tight doors and angles to get through, but they got it all out with no property damage. This was my best military moving experience, and I’m so thankful to Bekins for the work they did. Highly recommend!
Rosa, Logan, Jared, and Max did an outstanding job packing our entire house. They were very thorough, efficient, polite, and worked great as a team.
