Exceeded expectations!!! These reliable gentlemen were professional all the way through the process. From the start of communication with a phone call to texts and emails, this company was always confirming with me the next step. They showed up with a great team that emulated a “can do” attitude and immediately went to work. They disassembled a massive king-size bed in the move out apartment and then put it back together in the house (and no leftover parts like xtra screws, bolts or washers) They really took great care of all the stuff. Especially when it came to moving all the oversized furniture in and along all the narrow passage ways and stairs 🙏. If you ever want to experience a company that goes above and beyond, J Rob moving solutions is the place where you’ll get it. Thanks guys, you really made this a positive experience for the entire family. The BEST!!!!
I called J Rob because of their reviews and they did not disappoint. I never had movers before and I was super nervous to hire anyone but I’m glad I chose them. I worked with Justin and he was amazing! He was organized, professional, personable, and respectful. Justin and Alyssa came to my house on moving day and they did an absolutely amazing job. They handled all of my furniture and items with the best care possible. They moved quickly, but carefully. I am extremely impressed with them and will definitely be using them again to move me and my son into our future home! Thanks again for your awesome services and fair pricing!

I was at my ends of trying to find a company to move me. I was new to the area and had NO ONE!! I mean NO ONE to help me move. I called JRob. ALL of his staff was scheduled for others to services. He asked me what all was I moving. I informed him that I only had items that would fit in a 5×8 trailer (no furniture). I explained to him my situation and he listened. He asked me if he could give me a return call. When he called me back he said,
“Ma’am, if all you have is items that can fit inside of a 5×8, I do not have any staff members that can move you but I have moved my schedule around and I will move your personally. (Me – IN TEARS !!).
Thank you !! Thank you!!. I told him about my some finalization for moving that I needed to wrap up. He told me that he will be awaiting my call and will be in route. OMG!! it started raining, BUT he came anyway. He and I moved my items from a downstairs and upstairs to the trailer. Once we made it to my new residence, he unloaded the trailer. I started assisting him and he said, “No ma’am, you did enough when you help load when I said that I would handle this alone. When he finished he realized that he had loss his wallet. He and I looked for it. He called the location where he move me from and he was told that it was there. Let me say again, It is pouring down with rain!!
