I have been using Bethlehem self storage for a few years while my life moved around. I have visited the facility many times and have had excellent experiences every time. The employees are helpful and virtuous. The facility is always neat and clean from the hallways to the bathroom. Also very reasonably priced, especially for the location. I would definitely rent a storage unit again
DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY! Short haired woman with glasses at front desk has zero customer service skills. She was rude as soon as we got there to ask which ramp would be best to use. Moved furniture out of this storage facility after finding rat feces and urine on every item I own. When we confronted the woman at the front desk about the situation, she was very rude and condescending until we took her to the storage unit and showed her all the feces and urine stains. Terrible customer service and an issue with pest control. Would give zero stars if possible.
Just closed out my locker after half a decade, and I can’t speak highly enough about this place. For a clean, climate controlled, indoor storage unit, you can’t get much better than this place. I’ve had zero issues with their service, always friendly and helpful, and the price was quite reasonable and within my budget for my needs. Would definitely recommend.
so i was there for the first time yesterday (8/3) helping my daughter. i backed onto the ramp (again first time there) and a uhaul was already there unloading. There was enough room for me to back on the lower ramp just to unload a few things that took 3 minutes to unload. The so called secretary (woman with short hair and glasses behind the desk early afternoon) comes STORMING out and starts to YELL VERY LOUDLY AND VERY NASTY at me and my daughter for parking there. OMG! She was like a raging bull. Again, i was never there before so maybe just come out and ask me to move its against policy for me to be there? Whoever owns this business you need to check on the nasty lady who was there on 8/3/23 behind the desk and teach her how to actually help people? I DO NOT advise anyone to use this place and pulling out stuff out of there ASAP! ….What a B she was!!!!
I could not be happier with Bethlehem storage and Jane who works there. I was in a jam as our son was graduating college and he had not reserved a place to store his things. We called around and everything was full including Bethlehem storage. I called them back and Jane remembered I called in a day earlier and offered to help. She was amazing and helped us secure last minute storage and could not have been more helpful. Now we are returning to Bethlehem to pick up our sons items and are on a challenging schedule and she has offered to assist us again to accommodate our schedule. To the owners of the facility, please know you have an amazing dedicated employee and a great person to boot. To others looking for a place to store their items, Bethlehem storage is clean, convenient and secure. We have a second son that will attend school in the fall and Bethlehem storage will be our go to facility.
