After having water damage on my first floor Mass Bay Movers packed me up while repairs were made and then helped me put my home back in order after. They took extensive care to securely wrap every piece of furniture and any fragile items. Pedro, Gustavo and Nelson were an amazing team. Highly recommended. Pictures of the pack up and back in order.
Can’t say enough good things about this company and its employees…they’ve moved me 4 times in the last 6 years and each time have gone over and above to make it as least stressful as possible. From the ease of a quote over the phone (thank you, Dan!) and so on…They are very conscientious; will retape a box you packed if they think it needs it, etc…trust me I could go on quite a bit with the examples but I’ll spare you and just say, you’re in more than capable hands entrusting them! Originally found them through a Google search where they had great reviews so yeah it’s important to praise a job well done. Extra thanks to Edwin F. & crew, Alejandro and Crauryn for helping me this past weekend with my latest move! Did joke to Edwin “see you next year”…so far I’m loving where I’m at but, hey, life happens and if I move again…I will not even think of calling anyone but MassBay!

They showed up right on time, handled all of my belongings with care, and worked nonstop to get the job done quickly without cutting any corners. Their attention to detail was impressive — everything was wrapped and secured perfectly, and not a single item was damaged during the move.
Beyond their work ethic, they were also super friendly and respectful, making what could have been a stressful day feel easy and even enjoyable. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in their top-notch service.

Henry and the crew from MassBay Movers did an excellent job and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them. This was a very large two day pack out. And they made it happen efficiently professionally and with great care. The energy was positive and you could instantly tell that they were happy at their job, listening carefully to what I needed and made it happen with smiles upon their faces. What a joy to work with men that love what they do.
