If I could give 0 stars I would. Company was unresponsive. Items were picked up in May and did not arrive until July completely damaged (either burnt beyond use or did not arrive at all). Offered $900 for my items worth over $20K. Requested a refund of my move and was denied the refund. I spent over $5K and waited 4 months to have my items arrive damaged. I have been trying to get a refund since July and it seems like the company is too busy to address the complete loss of my household items. Company did not even inform me of the damages until I waited almost 3 months to hear back from them. Only book this company if you want to spend money having your items damaged.
Thank you Five Stars Movers for making my move less stressful, especially moving from Massachusetts to Maine. Chris was pleasant to speak to and provided me with detailed listing of services as well as a reasonable quote over the phone and via email.
Tony, Boris and Ronald arrived early the day of the move and immediately got to work dismantling furniture as needed and wrapping all securely. These young men were pleasant, polite, and hard working. Five Stars Moves employ five- star workers. I would gladly refer friends and others to Five Stars Movers for their moving needs.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chris and his team were wonderful! They made the moving process much less stressful for me. They were friendly, accommodating, and packed up my furniture securely to make sure that everything made it there without damage. They were quick to help rebuild any furniture that needed to be disassembled. I couldn’t have asked for better movers. Thank you!!!
