Top Tier Moving

I recently contacted this company for a moving quote and had a very disappointing experience. From the start, I was clear about the states I was moving from and to, and described the items being moved. Instead of providing a straightforward quote (or even asking for necessary details like zip codes) was met with condescending attitudes from both Bill and the manager he abruptly transferred me to (without notice).

Rather than offering assistance, they lectured me on how moving prices “work,” comparing it to airline bookings, as if I’d never moved before. I explained that this isn’t our first time using a moving company, and I was simply trying to get a quote. I did eventually get one, but only after a lot of persistence and without them gathering any additional information to support the number. It felt like they were more interested in talking at me than helping me.

Ironically, the quote they gave was reasonable but another company gave me almost the exact same price and offered far superior customer service. I couldn’t help but wonder if a man asking the same questions would have been treated with the same level of condescension.

Unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult to deal with. I chose to take my business elsewhere.

Great job guys and appreciate the hard work! Call and negotiate your rate based on the work. Expect other (dump} expenses if they have to haul to dump. Thanks again!

A group I belong to needed a building cleared of junk, and the rest of it organized a bit. Tray and his crew were there early and they worked very hard. They were cheerful, polite, and they did everything we asked, even though we changed our minds a few times. We were very happy with them, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
