**UNPROFESSIONAL MOVING COMPANY – CANCELED 15 MINUTES BEFORE ARRIVAL!**
I scheduled a move with this company for February 25, paying a $50 deposit. They claimed to be better than All My Sons, and I set the appointment a week in advance for an estimate of $780.
On the day of the move, my house was packed and ready, and I received a call from a 400 area code at 8:45 a.m. The caller asked if we could reschedule because the coordinator was out sick. This last-minute cancellation was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had to turn in my keys by 4 p.m. that day. To make matters worse, they hung up on me after I expressed my concerns.
I was left in tears and had to scramble to find another moving company. Fortunately, Big John Movers came to the rescue and were incredibly fast and professional only paid $370, began at 11:09am and was done at 12:40pm.
I highly recommend avoiding this company. They are unprofessional and clearly disorganized. I’m not sure how they are 5 stars but its a pure lie.
