Omar, Bryan and Hunter did an excellent job with my move. They arrived when expected and worked very hard to pack and unpack every item efficiently and with care. They were all friendly and respectful of me and my property and took above and beyond measures to ensure nothing was damaged or soiled. These young men were so efficient that the cost of the move came in under estimate and saved me several hundred dollars. I would 100% recommend Krupp and Omar, Bryan and Hunter to anyone looking for professional movers.
We booked our move with Shaun three weeks in advance, Logan, Terry, Jacob, and Bobby from Krupp moving and storage called when in route to our home and were on time. Upon arrival, they each introduced themselves and then all wanted to see what was to be moved. Once they had an idea of what was to be moved, they methodically moved through the house protecting and packing our furniture while utilizing any open space in the truck with boxes that we also had.. The team of four guys worked tirelessly for three hours only stopping when I offered them refreshments. They were happy to add a few extra things to fill the truck. We broke for lunch and in about an hour they were at our new house where they methodically placed our furniture and belongings in the spaces that we requested While protecting our hardwood floors with 20 feet of runners. I would highly recommend Krupp moving in storage. A special thanks to Logan, Terry, Jacob, and Bobby.
Working with Krupp has made our move amd storage needs easier than I every expected. From estimation with Cody to moving day with the crew that was sent out each step has been effortless for my family. Cody explained everything, was very detailed in his estimation, and was a great person. Great professionalism, communication, and very kind. Talking with James in the office for scheduling was easy; again the communication was above expectations.
Moving day: the guys were amazing! Omar, Vern, Jeremy, Levi, Hunter, and Bryan were such hard workers and clearly worked well together. The whole crew was detail oriented, professional, very kind, and took amazing care of my belongings.
They have all made the stress of a cross country move much easier to handle! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
2 guys from Krupp helped me with our move a couple weeks ago. They were courteous and offered to move extra items we didn’t have on the list. Took their time to securely fasten and blanket each item for safety. Worked at an efficient pace. Arrived early and got done ahead of schedule. Easy to communicate with. All in all a I had a good experience with their services.
The best team from Cincy covered the Columbus service request. Matt, Stefan and Canyon (sp) were most awesome. Professional, courteous and always helpful. An extremely smooth move.
