The response I received to this comment is honestly hilarious with how he proved his lack of accountability on top of all of the dishonesty that he included.
1. Maybe your ratings are as high as they are because you continuously report the negative ones you don’t want to Google for them to remove.
2. I give companies the reviews they deserve and have provided more positive reviews than negative – you just weren’t included in that for obvious reasons. Also, you even stating that shows me that you’re a dishonest and manipulative person because my profile is restricted – for those of you who don’t know what that means – when your Google profile is restriction other people and companies can NOT look at your review history unless they request to follow you and you give them that permission. So, nice try with your attempt to discredit me.
3. I wasn’t acting like some damsel in distress when I called you. I was going down a list of companies with decent reviews understanding that it was last minute and fully prepared to do the work myself if needed(which I had to anyways).
4. We did not discuss a deposit. You quoted me over $200 which I declined and said thanks anyways. I was going to move on to the next company, but YOU asked me my budget which I said was around $100 because UHaul had another company priced around $100 but they wanted the money upfront with no guarantee of their availability until after UHaul received that payment – which I did not want to risk and have to wait several business days to get my money back when I could’ve just hired someone else. YOU offered to do it for $100 for one mover for up to two hours which I accepted and was appreciative.
5. You said he could be there by 10am and that he would call me soon after you and I got off the phone(at 8:43am) to confirm that he was coming. I agreed to 10am and said the sooner the better because I have to have my UHaul back at 12pm – NOT that I had until 12pm to get everything done. NEVER said “take your time” because I didn’t have all day and if he was not able to be there BY 10am you should not have offered and AGREED to that time.
6. I was not informed that you were sending someone who was supposed to be off of work that day. When he called me it was several minutes after I was already expecting him and he said he just woke up to a text from you and that he could get ready and head my way soon – meaning he WAS NOT on his way when he called – like you claim.
ALSO, in your response on here you said, “About 10:05 we called and said we would be there in 10 more minutes.” However, in YOUR text message to ME, after his call and your text demanding money from me, you said he’d be on his way BY 10:15am and that it would take him 12 minutes to be there. So, he would’ve actually been(at the very least) almost 30 minutes late.
7. I did not nonchalantly, out-of-the-blue say “don’t worry I don’t need your services”. I was frustrated because I waited for a confirmation call and got NO call. Our agreed upon time came around and no one showed up, so I started doing it myself.
As far as I knew at that point, your company bailed on me. I could’ve tried the service UHaul offered or continued going through my list of moving companies to find someone else who was actually reliable but wasted my time on you and was left with no additional help.
8. Stop trying to flatter yourself, I wasn’t desperately seeking for you to “bail” me out. I had a list and a back-up if I needed it, but unfortunately trusted you.
I would’ve, however, appreciated transparency on your part and punctuality.
Lastly, don’t feel sorry for me. I live quite well. Instead of praying for me, you should consider studying the Commandments a little more closely, particularly the one that says “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor”.

Bruce and his crew handled my set out quickly with no issues.
He has been through the process many times and came prepared with all the materials needed according to the bailiff’s rules. I would highly recommend him if you need a deadbeat out of your property.
I am an over the road trucker and needed to move from one rig to my new one in an emergency situation. I called Bruce and he understood and was able to get two very good guys to come and transfer all my things with in an hour of calling him. It took them a fraction of time it would have taken me to do it myself!!!! They were polite and caring and respectful!!! What more could I have asked for thank you. Ashton and Jayden!!! You were Amazing!!!
Frustrated and disappointed.
Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this moving company last week. First – DONT TRUST THE QUOTE. Bruce the owner quoted the job for me without gathering any information besides square footage of house and number of appliances, and did not scope the job. As someone who has never hired movers before, I didn’t know what was normal, but have since learned most companies will either come scope the job or do much more thorough information gathering to give an accurate quote. The final price was nearly FOUR TIMES the initial quoted price. Whatever number you are imagining – multiply by four! I am convinced at this point that a much more reputable company still would have been significantly cheaper and some a better job. I have also since gotten a second opinion from another mover, who does not think the amount of stuff being moved based on the size of our house was at all unreasonable to expect and prepare for.
In addition to my frustration with the price of the service, because of the failure to appropriately scope the job, the team was woefully underprepared. They needed to call in a third mover last minute, and thankfully someone was available. Even after doing so, they doubled the estimated time range given in the quote, without ever asking if I agree to the new situation, and w/o preparing me for the amount of additional time or money, etc, besides a quick ask about the third mover. This put me in a very frustrating situation of not having managed my expectations, needing to figure out emergency evening childcare as the move went unexpectedly very late, and then having to find a way to get our toddler to bed in the new house with the move still unfinished and still not having access to her stuff, all the while having to direct movers while trying to adjust our daughter to the new house – after 9pm at night!!
Additionally, the lack of preparation also put the movers into an extremely frustrating situation for themselves, as I don’t believe any of them were planning on working so long or so late, and they constantly expressed to me worries about the truck size, but with no solution given. Because of the situation, they also got much sloppier as the day went on (likely due to their fatigue), as evidenced by various dings along doorways and walls, breaking a lamp, leaving our mirror outside overnight, etc. In addition to being underprepared labor wise, much time was added and wasted due to how much time they appeared to need to spend “tetrising” in order to get everything into the one truck, instead of having access to a second truck and saving themselves that time. They also did not have moving blankets or a dolly!!!! I felt terrible about the situation they were in, but don’t think any of us should have been in this situation in the first place.
Some final logistical notes about quality – the movers were sweet and held their heads high in a frustrating situation, but in my opinion did not appear to be trained movers. Damage wise, one broken lamp, lots of banging into walls, and our couch arrived very dirty on one side. Will attach pictures.
All this to say, I believe that much of this situation could have been avoided and wish I would have hired a more reputable moving company. I have reached out to the owner to request some money refunded or to meet to discuss a resolution, but he has been unresponsive. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

The Movers were very strategic packers. I had a 10×15 Truck packed to the last inch. Able to pack into a 10×10 storage unit. It was packed high and tight.
