I had an amazing experience with USA Moving & Storage company! The team of four movers was incredibly professional, wrapping, packing, and unpacking everything with great care and efficiency. They worked quickly yet safely, ensuring that all of our belongings arrived in perfect condition. On top of that, they cleaned up after themselves, making the entire process smooth and less stressful. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking moving crew.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Broke over $2500 worth of my belongings, took no responsibility, made me pay over Venmo so I can’t take them to court for the money and refuse to answer the phone despite signing a contract agreeing to pay .60 cents on the dollar for any damages. Pictures of damaged items included below. Pictures were taken when my items were dropped off to me while the mover was still there. After all of this- their movers proceeded to not ask but DEMAND a gratuity tip from me 3 times over the course of them moving my stuff in (which I still paid by the way)!
6 stars! I have moved about 10-12 times in my life, and the service from USA Moving & Storage was exceptional. Selecting a moving company is a difficult choice, so do yourself a favor and contract with USA Moving and Storage. Communication and pricing was straightforward. Other movers quoted me a set fee that was almost twice what I paid. USA Moving & Storage charges by the hour, but they had four men who moved quickly and efficiently. They wrapped all my furniture to protect it and were very careful with my possessions. I moved from a two bedroom townhouse to a two bedroom condo on the 6th floor. It only took them four hours to wrap my furniture, load the truck, drive 45 minutes to my new residence, unload the truck and bring everything to the 6th floor, remove all the moving blankets from my furniture, and clean up all the trash. Four hours! I couldn’t believe how fast they completed the job. The crew was awesome. I highly recommend USA Moving & Storage.
The team that came to deliver my furniture were on time, courteous and did a great job placing all the items in the right rooms and setting up the larger pieces. Everything that was packed was in great shape when I finished opening up all the boxes and bins. I had not seen my things in 1 1/2 yrs and nothing was damaged. I am very grateful for the teams that packed and delivered my furniture in my new home. I would highly recommend them.
Very pleased with the move. Arrived promptly and were all business. Very careful with my possessions. Concerned about how they would navigate the parking lots at both locations but done with no inconvenience to others.
