Second time using New City Moving and they provided another top notch experience to an already stressful day. (Moving is hectic!) Freddy, Yonic, & Alejandro were professional, hard working, and efficient. Helped move a 1-bedroom apartment in a downtown high rise to a house in the suburbs. Extremely reliable, great pricing, and took extreme care of all my items and furniture. Great communication from Freddy and team.
My overall experience with the company was good. My items were already boxed and they just needed to wrap the furniture. The guys took care of my items and moved everything out quickly from my 23rd floor unit. The new apartment was on the second floor and didn’t have an elevator like my old unit. Still, they were quick and efficient. They were also very pleasant and had us all laughing.
I do have to mirror an issue others noted. The team lead did approach me before going to the second location about a tip and suggested amount. This threw me off a little as I’ve never had someone do that before. However mine wasn’t as large as others have said. They stated an amount which matched how I usually tip movers. I just figured they must have been shafted lately by the way he brought it up.
New City Moving did an outstanding job with our move! Jeremy and his team were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with our belongings. They handled everything with care, worked quickly, and went above and beyond to make the entire process stress-free. Highly recommend their services for a smooth and seamless move. We used New City Moving for a local move and they were superb. We had a ton of very large and very heavy furniture including a baby grand piano and 3 marble topped vanities. Francisco Perez and his crew were fantastic. They worked fast, hard and non-stop for over 8 hours. Far exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to use them again (and we are very meticulous). Great job!!
Miguel Bucio, Salo, Angel, Memo were all amazing!!! The crew was so fast and friendly and did a fantastic job! Honestly some of the strongest men we’ve met!
