I contacted 845 Move Now almost a month before our move. CiCi was wonderful. She was a pleasure to speak to, very knowledgeable, and efficient. Although we didn’t have a move date when I initially contacted her, she stayed in touch.
On the day of our move, Matt called me to let me know that he and his partner were fueling up the truck and then they would be at our place to pack up. He and his partner were friendly, and efficient. They treated our belongings as if the items were theirs. They even offered to load up some things that weren’t on the list. Upon arriving at the drop off location, Matt and his partner quickly unloaded the truck, and settled all the furniture where we wanted it to go. Matt made recommendations for some of the items to enhance the amount of living space we would have.
All in all, this was an amazing experience. I would recommend 845 Move Now to anyone, no matter how big or small the move. Thank you, CiCi, Matt, and the rest of the team!
