I am happy to recommend OSM to anyone in need of direction, support and help.
Michelle and all of the Organized Senior Moves professionals are wonderful to work with. They are very compassionate when working with sometimes vulnerable adults. I work for adult protective services and often call them to help with a client cleanout to move to another setting or to declutter. The difference in what Organized Senior moves provides is that they are willing and able to meet a client where they are at and not create more stress for seniors who have an entire lifetime of “stuff” in their homes. I would recommend Michelle and OSM to my friends and family.
Senior Moves did a terrific job clearing out my sister’s apartment after she had passed away. It was a difficult time for the family so we relied on their services. Michele and her crew organized the contents of the apartment and found new homes for my sister’s belongings. She communicated frequently, recommended competent movers, and finished the job in the middle of a snow storm. I was very thankful to the company for handling a job that meant a great deal to my family.
I would like everyone to know the wonderful contributions the great staff and management of Organize Senior Moves have made to the refugee community of the Capital District. For several years , as they have helped clients to move or downsize, they have arranged for unneeded furniture , beds and kitchen items to be donated refugee families in need. This also prevented these items from wrongfully ending up in landfills. Dozens and dozens of refugee families, most starting over with very few possessions , have benefited greatly from the kindness of Organized Senior Moves.
We volunteer for an organization that furnishes apartments for people in need. Michelle and her crew have consistently made us aware of furnishings that her clients no longer need. They are always helpful, friendly and well organized- a real pleasure to work with!
