Top Gun Movers

They were great until they weren’t. The men that work for Jorge are wonderful but unfortunately their team lead wasn’t on a particular job with very valuable pieces and they weren’t told or trained to strap the items and therefore went bouncing around a large 30’ box truck from Ellicotville to the city. A rare imported Danish credenza from the 60s took the biggest hit with the wooden drawers smashed with so much damage they wouldn’t slide back into place – a shame to see and what’s worse was their response. They refunded me the $300 for the move and gave me some of the broken pieces back that were left in the vehicle, but when I asked about reimbursement for the value of the pieces and being insured they wanted email records and then became unresponsive. I am reasonable and don’t expect a full return on the value of the piece, and being respectful of the fact that we are both small businesses I was not going to bother to tie us both up in small claims court and instead asked that he make it up to me with a future move or two. No response and now we are out a mover because of their mistake in not training their guys properly. Sad.

I had a one bedroom apartment that I needed moved and decided on using Top Gun for my move. I’m really glad I did because they made a normally stressful situation pleasant and easy! There was a little mix up with scheduling but it worked out better for me the way it ended up! I had Dan and Antonio as my movers. They were awesome, very nice and professional!!!! The guys went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. I am very happy with the service and will definitely recommend and use them for my future moves
