I had a complex pack & move, from a walk-up to an elevator building. The team from Oz did an awesome job, they were punctual, gentle, swift, and professional. Packing the whole apartment took them about 5 hours, then on move day, everything was safely placed at the new place before 1pm. There was no damage on anything, and no complaints from the neighbors or building staff. Altogether this was a very good experience for us, well worth the (very reasonable) price. Would definitely use them again.

They showed up on time and they were very professional and made sure everything went smoothly. I have NO regrets. They went about and beyond to satisfy my needs. They also finished on time.
