They moved me within the time frame. They couldn’t fit everything on the truck..got a discount for that. My former resident was falling apart. They moved me without complaint. They even took my treadmill that could not fit on the truck ..around the corner to my friends furniture store for safe keeping. They reached my new place and unloaded the truck and set up my kind sized bed and put the furniture in the various rooms. Great service. Excellentè. I couldn’t have asked for better. Better than the bis movers. Piece of cake should live up to your standards. Yep…I said it.

I had a great experience with Metropolis moving. From the beginning, they had great communication and transparent pricing. I was assisted by Barry and Corey, & both were excellent. When I decided to change my move day, they were flexible and accommodating. On moving day they sent a team of 3 (Zach, Ricky, & Kavan). They were incredibly efficient and had the job done in no time. While watching them move my items it was apparent that they took special care to be gentle with my items, which I really appreciated.
Metropolis Moving is is the best! This was my second time using them- the whole process from start to finish was extremely easy and the communication was fantastic. My movers Ricky, Jack and Kavan could not be nicer and did a super efficient job- moved my entire office into storage and helped pack everything into a rather tight storage unit. Highly recommend this company for moving around the city or Brooklyn. They always provide awesome service.
I cannot recommend this company enough!! I reached out to about 8-10 different moving companies for quotes. I have not moved within NYC and haven’t moved apartments in 6 years. Metropolis Moving was absolutely the most responsive, by email & phone. They quoted me quickly and there were no hidden fees. They also delivered boxes to me the week before my move, reducing some of the packing stress. The promptly confirmed arrival times and my two movers were gracious and cheerful. They handled everything with care and made sure I didn’t lose the screws for my TV & shelves, etc. I highly recommend this company!
