Just DON’T do it. They put my new roof on after Hurricane Michael, and it started leaking a few months after installation. I’ve called, and they have sent someone out to look at it by the name of Ernie Johnson. Very nice, respectful man. However, he told me that the water spot on my ceiling was from condensation of the shower (it’s located in the bathroom). It’s been growing with every rain we’ve had, and obviously a leak and not from bathroom condensation. I’m sure they’re trying to wait until the warranty is up on my roof and it is no longer their problem to deal with or fix. Very unprofessional.
Prompt friendly service, Starting with the lady answering the phone, they went above and beyond on their work YES, THEY CAN LEVEL AN OLD HOUSE! Was told by other companies it couldn’t be done, they proved them wrong, only complaint didn’t get a heads up when they were arriving, and they didn’t cleanup all their mess, Other than that You Guys Were AWESOME! Great job highly recommend thanks Ducky Johnson you’ve given us peace of mind. You’ll be blessed
This company is extremely good at foundation work and raising houses. Extremely easy to work with and all the work went exactly as they said. No uncharges or any other issues like I have had with other companies. They actually went a step above to ensure everything was perfect. I could not give them a high enough recommendation! You will be very pleased.
