Thank God, I feel lighter lol. I had so much junk to dispose of, it’s crazy. My first appointment was canceled because the guys were held up at another job. However, this gave me time to identify more items to trash. Mark gave me a discount as a courtesy and had the guys come out on my next available day. The guys showed up right on time, were respectful and quick. Mark also offered me a discount for my next service. I will surely reach out to them in future.
I was told about college hunks through family. Amazing guys! Both Jabron and Jordan are friendly and professional. I love how much they treated everything as if it’s their own property and did a great job working as a team to overcome any obstacle that they faced when it came to moving furniture. Wrapping the necessary furniture in bubble wrap and their Miami University themed blankets. I would highly recommend these guys!
If I could rate less than one star I would. I used this moving service a year ago and they moved my things into storage and today I moved my things out of my storage and because things weren’t packed into the storage properly a lot of my things are ruined.
They packed a chair that pierced a $3,000 painting. my movers today are telling me how horrible the job was and that the way that my storage was packed is a disaster. they Didn’t wrap anything in my move so everything is dirty. My vase is broken and my dining room table leg is broken. I’m so upset and disappointed. Do not book this company.
I highly recommend College Hunks – I have already used them two times this year. Their customer service is exceptional and their scheduling process is quick and efficient. The guys (Hunks) who actually did the heavy lifting could not have been nicer. They were professional, quick, and very efficient. They were always on time and more importantly, they made extra effort to insure that our belongings were not damaged during the move. I have moved many times throughout the years and I know how stressful the process can be, which is why I am very happy with College Hunks. The entire process was smooth and stress free.
Amazing service-quick, courteous, and extremely efficient. Jebron and his counterpart were wonderful and had great communication throughout the move process. I’m not a stranger to moving and this has been my best experience thus far.
