Alvin and Jude did an exceptional job! I have used movers over the years and literally every other company I’ve used pales in comparison. They came beyond prepared (for any possible contingency) but they staged my furniture where it made the most sense. I am extremely pleased that with the massive move nothing was scratched or broken. You’ll want to pay them extra, I did. Very personable men as well. I felt extremely comfortable leaving them alone with my Mom who was helping and we both had a great time just talking with Alvin and Jude while handling the entire moving process. They came highly recommended and now I’ll be doing the same!
I had an incredible experience with Wilson and his team at Flat Rate Moving! They packed and moved my entire apartment, and I didn’t have to lift a finger. From start to finish, they were extremely professional, efficient, and quick. Not only did they work tirelessly, but they also handled my belongings with the utmost care. I couldn’t be more impressed with their service and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a smooth and hassle-free move, I highly recommend Wilson and his team!
Moving can be stressful especially when you hear of or have had a horrible encounter with a dishonest Moving company. Luckily we had a seamless, stress-free experience w/Flat Rate Moving. This company sent out a rep to inventory our items in person, this allowed us to receive an accurate estimate that was price guaranteed. On Moving day, we were assigned Alvin, Jude and Gabriel. These young men were nothing short of amazing! Not only were they efficient & professional, they were extremely personable. My mother & i felt comfortable w/them in our home throughout the entire move. Though the details of our move was explained to us days prior by Guy, who was also great. Alvin, made sure to thoroughly revisit the terms of our arrangement the day of. Although their rates were a bit higher than others, their services was well worth the assurances that we received. We have no regrets about using this company! Please consider them for you next move.
Flatrate movers made my moving process the easiest it has ever been by far!! The entire process was extremely quick, efficient, and clean. I loved that they were able to squeeze me in last minute (booked on Friday afternoon for a move the following Monday afternoon). They had great customer service when scheduling and made sure everything was set up to my liking in person. I will 100% use them again for my next move in Miami. Thanks again!!
There are so many options in today’s market. Use a different company.
I used this company for several office and personal moves over the last 10 years and was very happy so when I was moving abroad I called them to move out of my house and into their storage facility and then from their storage facility into my temporary apartment. The experience was DISASTROUS all the way around.
Their drivers/movers now seem overworked and underpaid. Do not trust their inventory. Do NOT use their storage services.
The put everyone’s things in one big space, not individual pods. They lost boxes and broke an antique desk and a designer lamp combined value of over $10K. They sent me a check for like $185.00.
They were rude, and unapologetic.
