Blue Line has done several moves for me! 1 from NJ to Florida and 2 within the state of Florida. Every single experience with them has been top notch and flawless. Their price is competitive and their staff is super friendly / respectful. I have referred Blue Line to both my best friends and clients and they have always raved about their performance.
Had the absolute best moving experience with Blue Line Moving. We moved from Florida to Ohio. Alex was amazing and he took care of us from Florida all the way to Cincinnati, made sure that the Florida and Ohio guys got the job done correctly and professionally. Alex followed me around to make sure I did not see any damage of any items and that I was happy. Solomon the regional manager was amazing to work with from the start of our planning; he came over 6 months before the move and walked through everything and even the day of the move he arrived because we were having issues to fit the jet ski in the truck (he made it all work). Solomon was even available to correct any concerns I had while we were back in Ohio. The rest of the crew Dre, Jackson, Keem & Todd were lovely; they even all played with our dog as if he was their own. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLUE LINE MOVING 100 stars! ⭐️
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! We moved my mother out of a 2-bedroom home from Jupiter, FL and was given a reasonable quote for a LOCAL MOVE and told they would be done moving her within a certain time frame so she could close on her house. They ended up making charges for 3 XS THAT AMOUNT!!! And the the move itself took DOUBLE THE TIME because they did not send enough staff or have the proper equipment to handle the move which caused the closing to be in jeopardy. They also DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PACK. THEY LITERALLY THREW HER STUFF INTO BOXES!!! They packed PAINT cans with her books and cds along with Laundry detergent and a bowling ball in the same box with her printer ON TOP OF IT! MULTIPLE ITEMS WERE BROKE INCLUDING FURNITURE because they did not use bubble wrap or packing blankets and even CHARGED HER FOR PACKING MATERIALS TWICE WHAT THEY QUOTED WHICH WERE NOT EVEN USED! They used DUCT TAPE ON A LEATHER COUCH!!! AND TAPED DIRECTLY ONTO WOOD VENEER!!! The foreman Leon who oversaw the move was MIA most of the time and they use young kids to do the heavy lifting that required hand holding the whole time to stay on track because they were routinely found on their phones!!! On top of that they use coercion to get extra tips and try to get you to leave them a star review before they will leave your house ADDING FURTHER INSULT TO INJURY AND EMOTIONAL DAMAGE!!! It was a NIGHTMARE MOVE. When we complained and gave them documentation of their work we were told they would contact us but they repeatedly missed their own appointments to return our calls and deal with this in a good customer service way leaving us no other choice but to put a claim into the Better Business Bureau and post reviews like this to ALERT OTHERS NOT TO LET THEM SCAM YOU AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Shame be upon on all of you for taking advantage of a single older woman living alone and making her move such a nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had to give them a star here just to be able to leave this review but they DESERVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW – NEGATIVE -10!!! *Thanks for the reply. It was my error, the man’s name is LUXON and it was PACKING TAPE but you most certainly did move us! It would be under my Mother’s name. How clever your word choice that Leon has not been a “mover” for your company in over a year when it was a LEON who gave us the quote just 3 mos ago!! Coincidence or evidence of your dishonest business practices? And it’s insulting that you’ll respond here but not return phone calls or desire to sort this out with good old fashion customer service. How about YOU CALL MY MOTHER BACK or do you have so many complaints you can’t figure it out. Your reply says it all!!!
