Not only were Will and Joe efficient and quick, but they also took great care and caution when moving my belongings, not to mention they were genuinely nice guys. I recently used Taylor & Sons moving for our move, and it was an amazing experience! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was such a great experience that I had to share it.
From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They arrived on time, handled all our belongings with care, and made sure nothing was damaged during the move. They even went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up exactly how we wanted and even helped with last-minute adjustments. The entire process was stress-free, and we couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. Highly recommend this moving company.
They didn’t break anything, if that’s your only goal. But I would not recommend this company. They did the estimate over the phone. I gave them the inventory list. The truck wasn’t big enough and we didn’t get everything moved. The packing was bad. They used too many boxes and materials. They put boxes in boxes.
**They didn’t use the white glove treatment. If you just had the new house cleaned, expect more mess moving in.
The team was nice. The owner can be nice on the first call but also pretty rude. I wouldn’t work with them again or recommend them.
Update:
More frustrations unboxing. They packed shoes on top of clean clothes. The packed loaded an outdoor show rack from top to bottom, putting yard shoes on top of clean shoes and making every day shoes dirty and more difficult to access. We found an entire box of plastic Publix bags; they charged packing material for that!
I cannot say enough about Taylor and Sons Moving. The three men that showed up were professional, courteous, and helpful. They were fun and energetic. They moved fast….so fast that I was given a partial refund on what I paid for my move. From the wonderful, informative owners to the extremely hard-working delightful stafff, Taylor and Sons made my move an amazing, easy experience! Thank each and every one of you!
