Broke a huge limb off our Japanese Maple “because it was in the way”. Apparently tossed my $5,000 bedroom set around like it was nothing. Damaged the door frame. Dented the fridge. So many things! I spoke with the manager and then spoke with the owner. They made big promises to rectify everything that happened, and I never heard back from either one of them and it’s been 3 weeks. So disappointing. Do not recommend!
UPDATE: Take a look at all the 1 star reviews. Promises from the owner “to make it right”, with absolutely nothing coming from it, including me. Not a single phone call again. Nothing done to “make it right”. If you like your furniture the way it is, do not use this company!
Highly recommend. The movers were efficient, professional and friendly. There were no surprise fees, pricing was clearly explained ahead of time. All of my items were packaged and moved with care.
This is the 2nd time I have used Murfreesboro Movers and it was a great experience again. The guys are quick, efficient, polite, and helpful. I’ll call them again in a few years! P.S. Danny if you see this someone forgot their jacket here. Please call me.
Novodny and Kris moved me into my apartment yesterday, and they were amazing!!! They are very thorough, careful with my belongings, and insured everything was transported safely. Their professionalism and work ethic was by far the best moving experience I ever had, so I will definitely be choosing Murfreesboro Movers for my next big move in the future. I highly recommend.
I needed help to unload a PODs container. This company was recommended by a gal that worked at a furniture store. 2 men showed up and made quick work of unloading the container. I had 2 queen beds that they quickly assembled. They finished in just under 2 hours, and were very polite and respectful.
