Byrd and Crew were incredibly punctual, professional, efficient, and hard working. They took diligent care of our house and our family’s belongings, giving an excellent impression for Alpha Moving and Storage. These 3 guys were incredibly helpful, they made sure to make conversation and ask questions before doing anything. They were quick and made sure to make things make sense, couldn’t have asked for better people to help my wife and I out. If I end up moving again around this area I know for sure who to call.
We’ve lived in Clarksville for a little over a year and used Alpha Moving for four moves so far (one residential move in, two for moving furniture across town and one full office move). They are wonderful!
We had Dallas and Byrd for our residential move in, and wow, were we impressed! It was the middle of summer and literally 100 degrees. They worked nonstop. We even bought them lunch halfway through – assuming they’d take a break at some point – and realized at the end that they had held off to complete the job first. I definitely wouldn’t expect people to not take breaks, but I admired their work ethic! After that, we had AJ and Byrd help us with moving a really heavy desk from our home to my husband’s work office across town. They were prompt, efficient and did a great job! Just recently, we hired them to move my husband’s office furniture and boxes into his new office. Byrd, AJ and Coby helped us (again) this time and were exceptional as usual! They were a great group of guys – professional and had great attitudes! 10/10 would recommend!
Dallas, Hector and Anthony packed our home with 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 star service! I am so thankful to have found Alpha. My husband and I emphatically Recommend. So easy from start to finish. These (3) young men did a fantastic job packing and loading for us.

We ordered their service right before Thanksgiving, and the sales manager, Rob Wilson, was very nice, but we could not reach him after. Perhaps his job is to sell, then the “heck” knows what will happen with the client. Then the booking manager, Ashley, wasn’t so lovely.
THE PROBLEM: they came without equipment, and they DID NOT HAVE PLASTIC ROLLS to protect our furniture from dust, germs, etc. At the same time, they had to pack and unpack in the agreement, but they didn’t because they didn’t have packing material!!! Plus, the movers were rude, because they kicked our furniture with their dirty outside shoes, dropped them, put them on the soil, broke some furniture and made a hole in a door.
I called Ashley – The booking manager, and she said, sorry, that they do not have Plastic Rolls. She sounds like, “Sorry, we purposely made your furniture dirty because we were too lazy to check the staff, and they do not do their work.”
SHAME!!!
