The face of a company, or the first person you come in contact with, is a vital component of a successful business. Alexa is one of the nicest people I’ve ever spoken to. She is very attentive to any need you may have, very informative of the whole moving process, and is timely in response to your questions. The movers that came to load our plethora of boxes, furniture, and random things acquired over the years were all very professional and kind. Unfortunately for the guys, we had a TON of stuff to move. So much that we had to get an extra truck, for a total of 3. However, throughout the entire process, this didn’t hinder their customer service excellence. The next day, after a laborious loading process, 4 of them came back in good spirits and put in another long day of work. Eddie, Luis, Lawrence, and Liam were absolutely amazing. Even when we had our annoying, “actually will you move this extremely heavy box back over here now?” and “will you move all of this stuff that you just unloaded in the living room on the other side of the room, to make a place for our couch?” type of moments, they all were so compliant, without complaints. They were tremendously kind and pleasant to talk to, throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Mitchell Movers to anyone who is looking for a smooth and seamless transition to their next home.
I’ve moved more times than I ever wanted in my life. Mostly around the east Tennessee area. So that being said, I have used more than a few moving companies in my time. There’s not even a close second to these guys. Some of the nicest people I have ever encountered, and they were very respectful and polite. These are the kinds of people you would want to have as a close friend. This service was so incredible I would not hesitate to pay really any price for it. If you want your family and belongings treated with respect and most of all if you would like to cross out any worries about your items being moved, then call them immediately and don’t even bother getting more quotes. Their price is extremely low for the services that they offer because you cannot put a price on reducing the stress of any relocation. They are the reason there should be a six star review.
Would highly recommend Mitchell Moving. They were able to help us out extremely last-minute, and they were courteous, professional and careful with our furniture, boxes and other items. I haven’t had the best experiences in the past with movers, so I was a little unsure about using someone I hadn’t heard of. From the start Alexa in the office was extremely helpful and thorough. The crew called before they came like stated and arrived shortly after. This group of young men was courtesy, friendly, and quick to answer any concerns or questions. They worked extremely hard and as quick as they could, while maintaining the safety of my items. I highly recommend Mitchell Moving and will use them again for my personal use as well as recommend them to all of my real estate clients.

This team not only was very responsive with me during the whole planning and scheduling process, they were flexible on our needs and did a move that was excellent for us (moved from TN to FL). On time, worked hard, and trustworthy! I would without hesitation hire them again – I must mention that Mike and Liam who did the hard work in extreme temps were kind, hard working and made sure we were satisfied.
