These guys did an amazing job moving us across town! They were careful with all of our belongings and everything was transported in perfect condition. They worked hard for 11 straight hours in the bitter cold. They are champs!
I spent a lot of time researching different moving companies in nashville before hiring Music City Movers, and I am so glad I did. They were very polite, kind, and meticulously careful with our large and fragile items. They also did a wonderful job deconstructing and then reconstructing items like bed frames and sofa’s etc. They are a local, family owned business with a great reputation to uphold, and Larry personally came with the move and inspected the process to make sure everything was in order. Would hire them again in a heartbeat – don’t take a chance on another company potentially breaking your things – hire MCM.
Larry & his crew are AMAZING! This is the 4th time I’ve used them to move & the 4th time they were excellent! Everything you want they provide. They are courteous, personable, hard working, listen, take care with your possessions, and seem to make the impossible possible. They have never let me down and the ones I recommend to anyone in need. Hire them. It will make your moving day a lot less stressful!
I paid $2600+ for my move. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to place all my items in storage. To help the process, I labeled everything.
Now that I am moving into my house, I am noticing several issues. Several items I labeled as fragile or glass were placed at the bottom of boxes. 😡
Also, items I want in a certain unit, are in the other! None of my instructions were followed – they took 5 hours just to unload the truck at a storage unit – all that time just to throw stuff into it and create chaos for me.
Needless to say, I will not be referring them or returning.
They worked quickly, expertly stacked my things to fit as much as possible into storage, and charged me what I was quoted without trying to artificially inflate it. Will use again.
