Zack was wonderful from our initial phone conversation. Scheduling and payment went smoothly, and we were able to get our container the next day because someone else was finishing up with the unit. Called the other popular business, but they just hounded me for my email address so they could send me junk mail…I declined so they started texting me rental offers! I was totally annoyed! I received a phone quote immediately, and I called back within the hour, and booked! We are clearing the house out to get the floors done! This was easier than shuffling things around inside the house. They will always get my business. Give them a call.
We had a great experience with badger box for a recent garage renovation. They were great to work with and had the box to us in hours not days. The unit fit way more than we expected and was perfect for the job. Great communication and a great product. Highly recommend supporting this locally owned and operated business.
I’ve used every form of POD, Box, Unit ect. There is no better company than Badger Box. I want to advocate, if you’re considering Badger Box for storage, DO IT. Chris and Zach made the process so simple. No hidden fees, very fair rates and easily the best quality pod we’ve ever had. We used it for relief after a hurricane here in Wilmington and they were at our home in 48 hours. They were the first company we’ve had that not only arrived on time, but even a bit early. They are all local and speaking with the driver (I’m sorry I forgot your name!!) we learned that a majority of their employees are local fire fighters! The experience we had with Badger Box felt like family. Thank you Chris, Zach and everyone who helped us out! Y’all are the best!
I had great experiences with Badger Box from the gentleman Zach that answered the phone to schedule both the delivery and move to the drivers both on the delivery and move sides.
I moved about 25 minutes away from one location to the other. All the contents were treated with care and did not shift from the move crosstown. The delivery driver was really thoughtful about where to place it in the driveway to include a good space for a car and walkway, etc. I highly recommend this company. Solid customer service and experience. I was happy with the experience and to support a local business.
The box was well-constructed and secure. The inside and outside were like new and super clean. The staff on the phone, via email and the delivery person were just as nice as they could be offering details and suggestions for the box placement and even for my project which was painting and an epoxy coat for our garage floor. Payment was easy and they delivered and picked up right on schedule. I just can’t say enough about this company. I highly recommend them!
