All In Movers

Our best move yet, thank you Nancy and Jonathan for setting this up for us. We got lucky to be assigned Brian, Josh, Quez, Terrance and Victor as our moving team. They were all so nice and personable, very positive attitude the whole time. We had a number of very heavy items – washer, dryer, weight lifting system that had to be carried across gravel driveway and up stairs to an unfinished storage room. They made it seem effortless, and there was no damage whatsoever to our walls or “stuff.” Each thanked us for using their company, smiles, eye contact, and handshakes to both me and my husband as they finished about a 12 hour day. Parents of the entire All In Moving team must be so proud of these exceptional individuals that have come together to provide top notch service. Highly recommend, no brainer, reserve All In for your move❤️

Jonathan and his crew were great. He was extremely accommodating with our precise schedule, and they showed up on time, understood exactly what was needed, and worked efficiently to complete our project very quickly.

1. Showed up almost 2 hrs late after getting the time confused to begin with. I originally said on the paper lunch time. I received a notice the day before the move indicating they’re coming between 8a-9a. I call and tell them I cannot do that time. We agreed again to be here after 12n. I call at 12:50 and asked if they were on their way. They said no that it would now be closer to 2p.
2. Dented my $1600 formal dinning room table
3. Broke the bottom shelf on my bookcase
4. Broke a space heater because he dropped the box he was carrying
5. Quoted me $716 then tried to charge me around $1200. I admit I did have more stuff to move than originally thought but absolutely not $500 more.
6. Three movers showed up to begin with when I requested only 2
7. Then half way through another individual shows up and they tried to charge me for it.
8. They were constantly not keeping up with things such as my master bedroom bed piece that holds mattress in place. Have called and text for 5 days now! I’m told they will call back in a few minutes and yet not one person has.
9. They placed a 3bedroom townhome of stuff for the most part crammed in the first room you walk in in my apartment.
10. They did not place in room of choice nor did they unwrap anything.
11. They dropped stuff in the hallways of my apartment building and neighbors have been leaving it at my door.
12. They literally left 4 boxes outside my apartment door and left because they were tired and frustrated. 2 of the boxes were very heavy but I managed with a neighbors help to at least get them in the door.
13. They tried to say I didn’t buy insurance with them to cover damages so they didn’t want to address the damages.
14. I have a receipt paid in full AND I recorded the conversation on the amount we settled on. NOW, they are saying I still owe $300 and will NOT address any damages nor my missing bed piece that I need to hold my bed in place.
15. Tried to charge me for extra time when it took them an hour and 20 minutes to go only 30 minutes down the road. Yes I realized a moving truck goes slower but almost an hour and half for 30 min drive? On top of it, one guy in particular name Terrence was on his phone throughout the day. I told him I wasn’t paying for him to be on his phone and from that moment forward he was resistant and ignoring anything I shared respectfully. This same guy attempted to bring my washing machine down a flight of stairs by HIMSELF and dropped it on the first step. RIDICULOUS

Obviously all of this is 100% truthful. If it weren’t they could very well sue me. But it is absolutely exactly what happened.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY COMPANY. DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU!!!
