Mustang Moving

Josh and his team were great! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their hard work. They had to make a stop at my new place of residence and then to the storage! They worked diligently & very professionally. This was the second time I used Mustang Movers and both times were so smooth and they were so accommodating. Great personalities. So if you need a mover, I highly recommend Mustang. They will always be my go to movers when needed!

Thanks also to Eric who arranged and followed up with the communication. He was great and so very friendly! I love working with people that actually act like they enjoy their jobs and the people they serve.

TL/DR: Phenomenal customer service, kind and communicative movers, quick services

Customer service: I was contacted very shortly after requesting a quote to confirm all of the information I had provided and schedule an appointment. Everyone who I was able to speak to were very, very kind. They talked me through the whole process, answered all of my questions, and nailed down an appointment with me. They even have a concierge service to help you set up utilities which I thought was very nifty!

Movers: We had the pleasure of working with movers Collin, Darren, and Chanula. All three gentlemen were courteous, kind, and professional. I genuinely enjoyed the interactions I had with them. Most importantly, they genuinely handled my belongings with care. I have never hired movers before and was extremely worried after hearing horror stories of other peoples experiences. However, after reading google reviews, and knowing it would have taken me at least two days to do what they did in four hours, I took the leap of faith. Boy, am I glad. These three men moved all of our furniture and 14 boxes out of and into the new house in just under four hours. I was extremely impressed with their teamwork, commitment, and speed. Every box was gently placed and carried. They took great care to not scrape any furniture to the ground or walls (and I have some big furniture).

Quick Service: The gentlemen had a wonderful system getting our boxes to the truck from the third floor. They each were stationed on one floor as one took it down the first flight, the next took it down the other, and the last loaded everything onto the truck. They worked as a team to move all the furniture to ensure nothing hit the floor, walls, or door frames. I could not be more impressed. They also strapped and blanketed all furniture in their truck to where nothing could even budge. I was very confident in my furniture’s safety.

Overall: I highly recommend this service to anyone. When we move after out lease ends, we will be hiring Mustang Movers again. Their kindness, speed, and attentive attitudes truly made the difference for me. I am grateful for their hard work as I know some of those boxes were rather heavy. In the end, it took right at four hours with three workers and a 26 ft truck. It took 6 friends, a 26 ft truck, and 9 hours to move into the apartment. Needless to say, their service was significantly faster, more efficient, and very pleasant.
