My son had U-Haul schedule their move in July 2023 from TX to NC to include movers to unpack the truck into a two story rental. They got Troy and his son, Adam. When they bought a house in July of 2024 they called up Troy to have them move them but they were already booked. When we found a house to buy our son said we needed to book them early because he gets booked up and we would be very happy with them. We were able to get them. A few days before the move I found a piano and asked them about moving it. Troy asked to send pics to him of the piano and the door it would be going out and our door entrance. I was concerned at the weather days before our move and Troy texted me through my concerns. They arrived on the dot and were very careful with taking everything out into the truck. Covering the furniture and mattresses up because of the light rain. Unloaded all the stuff and went for the piano. He had brought a ramp for taking it down the steps. It was delivered carefully into our house.
I recommend them highly. Calms all concerns of moving. Blessings
Back in 2012 or so, I had these guys move me from one apartment to another. They truly impressed me not only with their efficiency and experience, but also how kind they were.
Why am I writing a review about them now (from Texas?) Well, I saw that some people had some very terrible things to say about another franchise company. That led me to reflect on these guys to see if they are still in business. I am glad to see that they are!
It was such an awesome experience that it deserved a review all these years later!
I can’t recommend the Art of Moving enough! I just used their services for the first time yesterday, and I’m so impressed by their work. They were on time, incredibly professional, and used their time very efficiently. I will certainly recommend to friends and use their services again in the future!
Moved down to NC last week and my sister recommended this moving business. Troy and his son were very kind and helped me move pretty quick. They were also willing to work with my schedule. My moving pod arrived Monday and I needed it gone from my complex by Wednesday. They came that same Monday my pod came and was able to get my stuff in my new apartment within 2 hours. Will definitely be contacting them again if I plan another move. Thank you guys
Troy and Adam were great! They were friendly, prompt, and very careful with all our furniture. Great service for a fair price. We would definitely hire them again!
