Whew! Horrible service! Would not ever recommend this company for moving truck rental. Reservation made with Budget more than a week in advance. BM&S notified me less than 24 hours before move that they would not have the truck. Did not offer alternatives. Manager Mary was unapologetic and flippant. No service recovery effort AT ALL. Don’t make the same mistake we did. They are unreliable and will leave you hanging.

Absolutely worst experience ever!!! The office staff openly spoke about other customers not paying their bills, and the owner (he said his name was Cody) talked about how he lost $20,000 in this business. As an executrix of multi state account, I have worked with other moving companies who interacted with me in a much more professional manner, but the issue hit the fan when the delivery truck driver refused to drop off the furniture until I made final payment. I had no idea if they really brought my things to Nashville, I wanted to see the furniture before payment, and when I told the Operations Manager named ‘Lance’ this he simply told me “Ma’am I believe you don’t want to pay your bill.” Keep in mind I paid 50% up front when they picked up furniture in College Station, TX. Most people want service rendered before they pay anything!? They have a reading impediment about their own manual page 28, which they tried to say “payment BEFORE delivery” when page 28 really quotes “payment AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.” I can’t believe they argued about it with a CUSTOMER for about 45 minutes, and made me feel less of a person. Because I had antique furniture, I paid the bill BEFORE DELIVERY!! DO NOT use this company’s service if you have high expectations, and need professional interactions.

Super nice place and really convenient… The staff introduced themselves to me and helped me find the info I needed. Their specials are awesome too, you ought to check them out!
