After a great moving experience with Muscleman Moving this week, I have saved the names of everyone on the team to ask for them on future projects. Ruben and Cory were each very hard-working, efficient yet careful with our furniture. Together they made a great team by communicating well with each other and me. Kimberly was also helpful in scheduling our move, making sure they were well-prepared for the scope of our project. I highly recommend this company.
Delivery was perfect. They were very professional and setup the piano quickly and correctly. They even gave a tutorial of all the moving parts of the baby grand. Went the extra mile and fixed the keys that the auction messed up when they moved it (showed on the pictures when I purchased). 10 out of 10. Extremely pleased with the Service! Will recommend you guys anytime. And also big thanks to Todd for the meeting me at the price you gave. Much appreciated! Thank you guys for Everything!
Muscleman Moving was absolutely wonderful to work with!! I had a very complicated move of a swim spa that required a lot of meticulous details to line up in order to make it a successful move. The swim spa had to get moved out from under a gazebo in a tight yard space, the gazebo had to be moved a few feet out of the way in order for the swim spa to be crane lifted & removed from my courtyard, & then transport the swim spa 4 hours away to its new owners’ & place it in its new home. All of this also had to happen within in a very limited time window due to me moving out of state.
As I worked hard to get everyone’s schedules & availabilities lined up, Muscle Man Moving made special accommodations to work around the crane company & my schedule stating “we’ll make it happen! You just tell the crane company to book it, we’ll make sure to be there!” I cried happy tears.
John and Joe with Muscle Man Moving did an amazing job to get the swim spa moved out from under the gazebo & ready for the crane. It was a tricky job getting the swim spa moved, but they got it done! They also had to unbolt the gazebo from the concrete pad that the swim spa sat under in order for the crane to move the gazebo a few feet to the side so the spa would clear it. They helped the crane operators hook up the gazebo, guide it out of place, helped get the swim spa placed on the transport trailer & then helped the crane re-hook up the gazebo & guide it back into its original position & bolted it back down.
Then they transported the swim spa to its new owners 4 hours away, & got it delivered to its new final home!
Tess, in the office, & John & Joe, in the field, stayed in constant with me from start to finish. They were very patient & responsive with all my phone calls & questions trying to coordinate everything. They were kind, professional & very personable.
I am SOO thankful for them!! I could not have asked for better people to work with to make a tricky move like this happen. And happen so smoothly! 🙂
Love these guys used 3 times already and they even moved my hot tub! The team is fun to deal with and very professional. You can’t go wrong
I spoke to Kimberly on a Monday & had them scheduled for the following day to move some of my bigger items that I needed moved. The crew made sure my furniture was protected & delivered them with care. They were fast & friendly. Also, very affordable! In the future, I will definitely be using them again. I would recommend them if you’re in need of help to move.
