I’ve been a loyal customer of AB Moving for 10 years and never had an issue with them. I hired them for my most recent move and the team stole over $5,000 worth of jewelry — including my engagement ring.
Customer service has been horrible. They offered $12 as a reimbursement for the loss.
I’m unbelievably disappointed that a company I’ve worked with several times is handling a major theft in this way.

Elder and his team were A1 ! Very efficient Got to my apartment and emptied out my room in less than 30 mins ! They wrapped all the furniture that was moving and made sure everything got loaded safely. They reassembled my vanity and Cali king safely and brought up my 75in tv safely . I only got 2 movers they did an amazing job very fast. I will be a returning customer thanks to them !
My husband and I hired AB to help load our 26 ft U-Haul for a cross country move out of Texas. I wasn’t there, but my husband, in-laws, and my dad were there to show Zach and his team our 2 storage units that needed to be loaded. I heard nothing but praises about these guys!! They loaded up the truck really fast and efficiently and everything was wrapped INCREDIBLY well. Even the movers that helped unload the truck in our new state were impressed with the wrapping job. We didn’t have anything break or move around in the truck because of these guys. I am beyond thankful for Zach and his team’s hard work. Thank you for everything AB Movers! I will be telling all of our Dallas friends and family to use you guys 🙂
Emanuel and Melissa moved our house and did an amazing job! Very courteous, competent, fast! Well worth the price which was reasonable. We will request them next time. This is the team you want to do your move!
This company is one of the best we have ever worked with. They have moved us multiple times. We needed furniture moved around our house and items moved to the attic AB Moving helped us. I called today and they had a crew out to help within 3 hours moving and putting together furniture. Always professional and courteous AMAZING SERVICE!
