From the get-go, the staff was incredibly polite and professional. I was particularly blown away by their meticulous wrapping skills. Seriously, wow! It’s no surprise that not a single item was damaged. Everything arrived in New York City exactly as it left San Francisco.
Their punctuality was on point. They showed up right on time for pickup in San Francisco and delivery in NYC. The process was seamless, and I felt so reassured throughout the journey. We were gifted with daily updates after our belongings left California, which made the entire experience stress-free.
I was without my things for just two weeks—fantastic considering the distance. The crew picked everything up on a Friday in California, and two weeks later, it arrived at our NYC apartment. The speedy and efficient service was beyond impressive.
I noticed some other folks have complained about damaged items, but the company was clear about packing guidelines to prevent any issues. We followed their recommendations meticulously and had zero problems.
Plus, the price was exceptionally fair, especially for a service that handled the full journey from our apartment in California to our doorstep in NYC. The value for the peace of mind we received was unparalleled.

I moved a 3BR house of furniture from San Francisco to NYC. A lot of expensive furniture was damaged and broken, so I don’t recommend shipping expensive furniture using this mover (boxes were fine). Even if you buy movers insurance, it won’t cover any furniture made with MDF and veneer, even if it’s high end designer custom furniture. It will be a further hassle to try to recover any insurance money and repair your belongings. Positives: The quote was very reasonable, my move coordinator Ron was pleasant to work with, and the pickup in SF went well over two days. The furniture arrived 2 weeks later and tracking the move also went smoothly. I had packed some of my own boxes following their instructions and none of that was damaged in the move. Negatives: many expensive furniture pieces arrived damaged: broken legs and shattered feet, misaligned door and drawers, banged up corners.
Summary: if you have custom / designer pieces of furniture, I definitely would *not* recommend this moving company. If you pack your own boxes and have minimal furniture, you may find they suit your needs.
Professional, efficient and high quality service. They supported our move from SF to NY, and every person we interacted with, from the sales representative to the movers, were courteous and flexible. Our furniture was packaged carefully, and all our items and boxes arrived in excellent condition. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Both crews were professional and polite, and disassembled and assembled our stuff effectively and carefully.
