Benjamin, Jose, Cameron & Memo did an amazing job moving a 40’ container’s worth of furniture. They were quick, efficient, respectful and professional. Will definitely be using this company and requesting these guys in the future.
My husband and I hired movers for the first time for a move from Orange to LA county. Memo and Julian were amazing – very professional, efficient and made the move so easy for us. They were careful with our belongings and didn’t damage anything, really appreciate them and would recommend them to anyone!
Beware of sleazy sales tactics. Make sure you ask about the drive time because they will charge you triple! I will say the movers themselves were great and did the best they could.
The salesperson quoted me $149/hr. He said unlike other moving companies, NO OTHER fees will be charged, just the time they spend during the move. When I received the quote in the email, I saw that he put in the contract $189/hr, so I had to call to have that corrected. That should have been a red flag to me, but they guy on the phone said, oh it must have been a typo.
During the day of the move, I was then charged the TOTAL time that the movers spent for the moving which included the start of the move, the drive time, then moving my furniture into my unit. This total time was from 10:15am-2pm, on top of that, they charged me 3 hours drive time. How is not a triple charge for time? When I called to ask about this, the manager told me this was standard and I should have known this.
Don’t use them! You are better off checking next door app and getting honest reviews from neighbors about other moving companies!

What a blessing Pro Movers are. I called Arvin at the last minute to help move furniture to my father’s home after dealing with the passing of my dear mother. Arvin scheduled my move for today between 9am and 11am. I recieved a call from Memo with an ETA and sure enough both Memo and Julian provided stellar packing, loading and moving service. These two wonderful men saw that I was struggling with the loss of mom and were so compassionate and caring not to mention careful with items while wrapping and securing glass etc. These two men, Memo and Julian worked hard and disassembled furniture and even made an extra stop and all the time with smiles and great attitudes. I truly believe they were both Godsent. Julian is also from Colombia where my father was born and we shared commonality and stories. Memo was the lead on the move and what an authentic, professional and kind man. I will never forget them and thank them both for a job well done. I contracted Pro Movers to move my mom from Palos Verdes to Mission Viejo and they called when in route and arrived on time. The crew of Matthew and Robert were phenomenal. These two moving warriors worked professionally and hard while ensuring that all items were wrapped and placed in the truck with care. I was so impressed by both Matthew and Robert as they were both knowledgeable, friendly and very professional as well as courteous. Matthew went over the contract on arrival and then we did a walk through. These guys went the extra mile. Robert even washed the outdoor items and dried then before loading onto the truck. I must say that I have moved 9 times in the last 11 years and these two men made it look easy and enjoy what they do and make one heck of a team. I will definently use then on my next move and highly recommend Pro Movers and Matthew and Robert to anyone considering a move. The value is also quite competitive and my choice after interviewing several companies.

I can’t say enough about how incredible Edwin and Aaron were during our move yesterday. In a world where moving can feel like a chaotic, nerve-wracking mess, these two were an absolute godsend — professional, skilled, and genuinely kind from start to finish.
They showed up ready to work and didn’t miss a beat for nearly 8 hours straight. They knew things most movers don’t — like how to properly remove door hinges, and even how to collapse our bed frame (a feature we didn’t even know existed) to get it through a tight doorway. It was like watching two masters at work — patient, deliberate, and always several steps ahead.
Now, let me tell you about the moment I knew they were in a league of their own: I forgot to take the eggs out of the fridge before they moved it — two full cartons. These gentlemen loaded the fridge, transported it in the moving van, unloaded it… and not a single egg broke. I’m not exaggerating. I stood there in total shock — no photo evidence because I was too stunned — but I swear on everything holy, not one crack. That’s how gentle and careful they were with every single thing in our home.
They treated our belongings with care, but they also treated us with kindness. They never asked for anything, not even water. Of course, because I’m a human being and they were working so hard, I offered them water, burgers, Red Bulls, and some root beer to keep them going. But to be clear — they would’ve worked through without a complaint. Their work ethic was that strong.
They were friendly, respectful, and trustworthy — and believe me, I say that with full awareness of how rare that can be in this industry. Our last moving experience was a nightmare — we had someone actually steal from us. So to go from that to Edwin and Aaron was a complete 180. These two didn’t just move our stuff — they restored our faith in what professional service should feel like.
We’re so grateful for them. Truly. Not just for doing their job, but for going above and beyond in every possible way — with grace, care, and good energy. If you’re lucky enough to have Edwin and Aaron on your moving team, trust me: you’re in very good hands.
