The crew showed up on time and got right to work efficiently and thoughtfully. They were courteous, hard working, and strong.
Moving is nerve wracking and they checked in with us constantly to ensure they understood exactly what we wanted and handled our items with care. We will use Janet and California Moving Systems for our final move to Colorado in a few years. We interviewed 2 other companies and we made the right choice. We recommend them without reservation.

The communication before the move was amazing. I always received an answer within an hour. It was clear and concise.
On the moving day itself, the team was punctual, did a walk-through, communicated the plan for the day and got started. The am team was incredibly respectful and polite. I particularly liked the fact that they thought along with us. If something wasn’t quite clear, they preferred to ask again before packing it up. I also liked, for example, that someone noticed that there were only 3 instead of 4 chairs in the room and asked if that was correct or if there was another chair in another room. Simply very attentive and thoughtful. Everything was packed professionally and carefully.
As our stuff were packed over 2 days, I also appreciated that the team asked at the end of the first day whether they could leave all the packages as they were, or whether something should be rearranged somewhere so that we could use the rooms overnight.
Thanks! The move is emotionally hard for us. But on those days you really took a lot of our plate.

These folks did a packout for federal travel orders for me, and (for reasons that had nothing to do with them) it had to be done IMMEDIATELY after Christmas. Fellow that did the pre-packout survey was friendly, professional, answered questions well, and made himself available for any follow-up questions I had. He was clearly experienced and knew his stuff well.
The folks that did the actual packout and moving were also a group who were friendly, efficient, professional, and considerate! They worked with me to ensure any needs I had were met (certain things needed packing certain ways), they were careful with fragile objects, and never made me feel like I was in *their* way in my tiny apartment! They communicated well when they were on their way, and let me know in advance if there way anything I was required to do. Hands-down, would absolutely recommend them. They did a great job, and made a potentially very stressful experience much better!
