We are so thankful for Diamond Movers!!!! After an awful experience trying to work with a different company for a cross country move (and having to cancel same-day because of the nightmare) we called Diamond Movers who had done local moves for us in the past, and they were at our house that night packing the truck. We are blown away by the professionalism and speed at which they work, incredibly kind people all around and very efficient. Zack, David and the crew are phenomenal. They make moving a breeze! They also wrap all furniture and make sure your items are taken care of. They’re driving our stuff cross country and we trust them 1000% and are so happy to work with them. Thank you to the team at Diamond Movers, we are so grateful to have found you many years ago and have you help us with yet another move!! ☺️

The team came on time and motivated to work. They were polite, didn’t rush, and finished the job on time. Reasonable estimate and great service. Have used twice now and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone.

Not the best. I hired Diamond Movers to move my 2 bedroom apartment more than a month in advanced. The first 30 min the movers moved all my boxes onto the truck (which I left ready in the garage.) When they realized how fast they were working they slowed down in attempt to milk the clock since they charge per hour. I began to use their dolly’s to move furniture while they took a water break. I hired 2 movers and they sent 3 movers in which only 1 was moving quick. The second mover was talking on the phone with his AirPods on most of the time and had no urgency. The third mover was an older/slower man (50s) that was past his prime. So it equaled to 2 movers. Up to this point I didn’t complain because I don’t mind helping so I continued to pick up their slack in order to turn in my apartment on time. At the end of the move they charged me $50 over the quoted price and mover became extremely aggressive when I didn’t leave a $60 tip. (Which he said “$60 tip is what we get when we do a move”.)We went back and forth for a couple of minutes and I agreed to leave a $10 tip on top of the extra $50 surcharge. The payment process was very uncomfortable. I don’t mind leaving a 15% tip but once you start milking the clock in order to squeeze more money out of me you’ve already include your tip in the surcharge. I would only recommend this company if a flat rate is agreed before the move. It’s the only way movers will work with a sense of urgency vs hourly rate. Next time I’ll be renting a U-Haul and doing it myself.
